How To Master Vibe Coding

and build awesome apps along the way

One of the next big "1000X" moments for people like you and me is this growing ability to build cool stuff through vibe coding

But a real critical piece of that is knowing how to plan… AND THEN execute

Too many of us are doing that in reverse order… Too much "vibe"… not enough "code" as I like to say… If you want to break free from the shackles of tools like Replit/v0/lovable…

Or you want to break free from the soul-crushing frustrations of trying to "wing it" with Cursor/Windsurf…

All you really need to do is learn to PLAN… Do THAT effectively and you're on your way to becoming a vibe-code chad:

Why Planning Is The Achille's Heel of Vibe Coders

If you look at tools like Replit, v0, Lovable, Bolt… Their competitive advantage is actually simple:

They plan for you… They take that simple prompt "make me a snake game" and they expand it outward into something more meaningful…

So… just learn how to do that, then! We did that together in my video Tuesday, and the crowd went wild…

(it was my best video to date at a mega-whopping 10K views) Because once we have a really concrete plan, then the vibe-coding really begins…

And once we have a plan and can execute through it… then we start approaching a world where we can build an actual business and make money with something.

The 3-Step Process

Step 1: Master the Planning Process

A house built on a crumbling foundation will fall apart… So our first step is that we need a complete plan for what we're gonna do…

I'm talking EVERYTHING:

  • All the tech choices involved
  • How they connect
  • What our backend APIs need to look like
  • How the frontend needs to send its payloads
  • A high-level view of all that stuff ahead of time
lightbulbThe 75% Rule

You really want to spend 75% of your time in the planning phase, just making sure it's super dialed in. That's why I promised a 3-4 hour tutorial inside of the free Skool group showing how I do it in detail — because it's just THAT important to get right.

Step 2: Learn to Actually Get Through the Coding Process

Building a real app obviously doesn't take place in a "one shot"…

Meaning, vibe coding doesn't replace the fact that we need to spend time building the thing out… it just helps us do the technical piece that we otherwise couldn't really do…

One really helpful way to manage that "actual coding" process is by using MCP Servers..

That's why my video today is about my top 5 MCP servers that actually speed up your workflows and code more accurately out of the gate…

Meaning, reducing our errors by 80% & improving our code quality by 10X…

All with open source, free to use MCP Servers…

Step 3: Use Direct Response Marketing to Drive Signups

Mastering those first two steps is obviously important… Because you've gotta have something to sell… But then we reach this critical juncture of needing to SELL it…

This is where I think my unique perspective comes in, because I've generated 8+ figures over the last few years doing just that…

Building the skill of knowing how to write words that make people want to buy from you…

And if you can marry those two worlds together:

Building awesome apps that can change the world… And knowing how to drive people to them… Well, then YOU win, THEY win… we ALL win…
